IAN CARMAN

Ian is a service management consultant and trainer with a wealth of experience across a broad range of blue chip clients in varied industrial sectors and in the public sector.  Ian presents for CEL in Hong Kong, and for Survive and Monadnock in the UK.

Ian is able to work with people at all levels of an organisation from board level downwards and can assure clients of complete confidentiality.  He is persuasive speaker, comfortable addressing groups of all sizes and an acclaimed presenter at conferences.

He is experienced in  IT service management including the development, implementation, measurement and review of service level agreements at department and divisional levels in a major organisation.

Ian also has managed an IT help desk and change and problem management functions which were crucial to the generation of service level performance data.

Interests

He is active in his local community as a Town Councillor and in May 1998 was elected as the Town Mayor.
